Lisa Menaldo
Since starting her career in print as Sales Manager at IPC Media (now TI Media), Lisa was among the first to see the arrival of the digital revolution. In the late nineties, she joined 24/7: only the fourth employee outside the US and the first to lead the UK and EMEA commercial teams. Since then, she has spent 20 years at the head of the advertising and technology curve.
Lisa also launched and held the position of UK Managing Director of Bannerconnect, an international programmatic trading company. Following the company's acquisition by GroupM for Xaxis, Lisa oversaw a continual flow of agency business by supporting the redesign, roadmap and technical development of innovative programmatic tools. Lisa was instrumental in overseeing the definition of rules for the different business models, training of teams across the agencies and also consulting on new GroupM business models and client pitches.
Determined to continuously push new boundaries and expand her knowledge, Lisa took the helm as UK MD at Subline Skinz —launching the company’s innovative skin-based offering to an international audience.
Prior to launching the Advisory Collective Lisa was CRO then CEO of Chalk Global one of the largest independent full-service digital media agencies and Boxing Social the No1. destination for all boxing related content, news and video
Lisa is also a Co-Founder in the Digital Leading Ladies network, an all-inclusive group of nearly 200 senior woman in advertising and technology sector and Non-Executive Director to Crate Media Group and Scale Digital.
Ellie started her career over 20 years ago in regional press at Northcliffe Newspapers and then at Trinity Mirror. After a few years at VNU Business Publications working in the B2C sector Ellie moved to digital. Firstly working in online recruitment for the Guardian News & Media website Workthing.com and then moving to ad network Adlink Media where she transitioned into Managing Director.
In 2011 Ellie launched QUISMA – GroupM’s leading performance marketing specialists into the UK. Tasked with growing, leading and running the business working in partnership with the GroupM agencies as well as working alongside sister company Xaxis. A role which meant that she regularly presented to c-suite at both agencies and brands.
Ellie has been consulting since 2015, working with Dentsu Aegis on the integration of Amnet into the wider media planning and buying arm Amplifi as well as companies such as Adform, BMB Agency, Goodstuff Communications, Ligatus and Turk Telekom.
An ambassador for the online industry, Ellie is also a champion for inclusivity sitting on the AdTECH London advisory board and co-founder of Digital Leading Ladies Group which was created as an informal and inclusive group in 2018 and currently comprises 200+ of the most senior and entrepreneurial women in the digital advertising industry.
In 2018 Ellie was appointed Non-Executive Director of Look Ahead Housing & Care Ltd, a position that enables her to take her digital knowledge and understanding into the public sector.
